MetaPWR™ is the new workout from Metafit, sticking to the fundamental HIIT training principles, it is a 30 minute power circuit using functional kit, to work muscle and boost metabolism. Think 'old school' circuit training, but with functional equipment, uploaded commands and backing track and 'Powerplay' features.
MetaPRO™ MetaPRO is the Next Level and New, cutting-edge, exercise science led workouts to challenge our clients whilst sticking to the core Metafit principles. MetaPRO consists of the HIIT training fundamentals and integrated in PRO12 (Ultra high intensity 12-minute workouts that will push you to your absolute max), PROSAQ (Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ) workouts that will challenge you with new functional movements and training drills) and PROPT (1 on 1 and small group training, with varied exercises and combinations to give you measurable goals, targets and specific coaching).
